Interesting news from the Lone Star State.  It seems Bob Barr discovered that since neither the Republican nor the Democratic National Conventions took place before the Texas ballot deadline of August 25th, both major party candidates are technically ineligible for the Texas ballot according to Texas law.

Not that it’s ever going to happen, but if both parties got kicked off the ballot in Texas, that would hand the election to Obama without question.  Not that it’s ever going to happen, . . . not that it’s ever going to happen, . . .  not that it’s ever going to happen. . . . . . . . . . .
