“War Czar?!?!”

Um.  Hmm. . .  “War Czar,” which would be the person directly in charge of managing the war, right?  Seems like we’ve already got one of those, doesn’t it?  Oh, yeah.  The president, as he and his advisers have thus far told us exhaustively.
