Rochester City Employees are Dedicated to Zero Tolerance

I hate to be a wet blanket on this, but I think there might be a law that prohibits the employees from giving up their vacation time in this way. Even voluntarily. Also, “Zero Tolerance” has really just been a way to over-extend our police force to cover for what is ultimately inadequate coverage. What seems to be needed is a larger, more personal, more present police force. Still, its a sign of commitment that aught to be honored for what it is:
