I suppose its possible we’re looking at it wrong: after all, if money’s being spent within our borders, that’s what the stimulus bill was supposed to have accomplished. And more jobs than just that .66 has been created or maintained. Still, that’s a whole lot of money that surely would have created more jobs if better spent. I mean: how much did they pay for that blacktop, anyway?
